This website (kalyanx.com) is run by KalyanX ("KalyanX", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse the site, read about our work and contact us. Please don't:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or send us false, misleading or harmful information
  • Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
  • Use the contact form to send spam, advertising or automated messages

What’s on this site

The information here is a general introduction to what we do. The demo shops, restaurants, clinics and apps you see — such as "Spice Route", order alerts and the figures on screen — are illustrations, not real businesses or real results.

Timelines and prices mentioned on the site (for example "live in 1–2 weeks" or the budget ranges in the form) describe typical projects. They are not an offer: the scope, price and timeline for your project are the ones in your written quote.

Our own projects are shown as they were when we captured them; live sites may have changed since. We work to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we don't promise the site is free of errors or always available.

Quotes and projects

  • The first consultation is free, and asking for a quote doesn't commit you to anything.
  • Every project starts with a written quote setting out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms.
  • Work begins once you accept that quote (or sign an agreement with us). If anything in it differs from these terms, the quote or agreement wins.
  • Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.

Who owns what

This website

The text, design, illustrations and code of this website belong to KalyanX. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Project names, logos and screenshots shown in our work belong to their respective owners and appear with their permission.

Work we do for you

As we promise on this site, the website, app, code and designs we create for you, and the domain and accounts we set up for you, are yours. Third-party tools that your project uses — such as hosting, payment gateways, fonts or plugins — stay under their own licences and terms. The details for your project are set out in your quote or agreement.

The site links to other websites and services — our clients' live sites, GitHub, Instagram and WhatsApp. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Our responsibility

This website is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the general information on this site or from it being unavailable for a while. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that, under Indian law, cannot be limited.

Our responsibilities for a project you hire us for are the ones set out in that project's quote or agreement.

Your privacy

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version on this page is the one that applies.
